Dave Perry Wins U.S. Match Racing ChampionshipDave Perry won a final-day showdown to claim the U.S. Match Racing Championship in Fort Worth, Texas. Boat Club. In the final series, Perry’s Pequot Yacht Club team faced off against defending champion Brian Angel (King Harbor Yacht Club). The best of five series went to 2-2, and in the deciding race, Perry came out ahead of Angel to take home the title. This victory marks Perry’s second U.S. Match Racing Championship title.
