Bullets Fly in Dominican Republic

Pepe Rodriguez and the crew of the Frers 45 Celtic V swept the inaugural Casa de Campo Regatta 2007 Presidente Cup, taking place off La Romana, Dominican Republic. Stringing together straight bullets in four buoy races and one distance race to Isla Catalina, Rodriguez won Division 1, overall honors, and a watch. “We came to win,” said Rodriguez, whose uncle Xavier served as tactician. Juan Lehoux’s Lehmar, a Beneteau 34.3, won Division 2 and Sven Holmbom’s Orion, a Hunter 301, won Division 3.For more, click here.
