Waiver of Liability for the 2007 Sperry Top-Sider Annapolis NOOD Regatta

**Do not fax or mail this waiver to Sailing World or to the Annapolis Yacht Club. The waiver will only be accepted at Registration at the Annapolis Yacht Club Annex. **
