Walter Cronkite Joins National Sailing Hall of Fame Revitalization

Naming journalist Walter Cronkite to its Honorary Advisory Board last September was the first of several exciting moves taking place at The National Sailing Hall of Fame as of late. Last week, the organization announced a slew of fun and educational events for 2007, including a team racing demonstration in May, a film festival throughout the spring and summer, and a revamped exhibit at its Annnapolis, Md., location.The National Sailing Hall of Fame also announced plans to reinstitute the Sailing World Hall of Fame Regatta starting in October 2008 in Annapolis.To download the complete National Sailing Hall of Fame newsletter, click here.
