Yale holds the lead in the coed rankings, while Stanford and Brown round out the top three. Georgetown also retains the top spot in the women's rankings, but Dartmouth and Yale aren't far behind.
Sailing World’s college rankings, presented by Sperry Top-Sider, are determined by an open coaches poll.
