Whether you're just beginning sailing or can practically eat, sleep, and drink on the wire, Dr. Crash has some tips for you that will never lose their usefulness. "Interestingly, if this were a singlehanded boat, with the mast pointed perfectly to windward, the jockey would have to perform one of my favorite maneuvers, the "Shamu Express."
