    Summer Spotlight: Collin Weston
    by Amelia Quinn
School is out for the summer, and so is college sailing. Without a detailed practice and regatta schedule, young sailors across the country have to find alternative ways to keep their skills sharp and their sunglass tans sharper.  We caught up with a handful of students to find out what they’re doing during these sunny months, ensuring that at least a few memories of Summer 2012 will outlast Orientation Week.

Where Have all the Aigles Gone?
    by Amelia Quinn
I have personally sported the Aigle Maramu Lace Up Boot since my freshman year of college. Now, dark rumors that the line has been discontinued have combined with "sold out" availabilities in my size everywhere I look online to create a perfect storm of terror. With my own boots desperately in need of replacement, I'm almost willing to ship myself to France to find a new pair.

    Bringing Her A Game
    by Amelia Quinn
From start to finish of her college sailing career, Georgetown's Sydney Bolger has aimed for perfection and has come quite close to achieving it. What might come as a surprise is that she credits her Quantum Women's College Sailor of the Year honors not only to her calm mentality, but also to the element of fun that she brought to the racecourse this year.
