Every distance sailor has those moments where you feel pretty darn lucky to be where you are, doing what your doing, with your team of friends.  This was the case on John MacLaurin's Pendragon 6 as we raced into a golden sunset shrouded in a squall line on this year's Transpac Race. 

While sunlight provides a tan, vitamin d, and warmth, most cherished memories are often made surfing in the moon light.  This is once again Pendragon 6 scooting between squall lines under an extreme full moon in the middle of the Pacific.
