Le Penguoin Sails for France
Brad VanLiew sails out of Charleston Harbor, Monday, September 6th for France. He is taking Le Penguoin to enter the Velux 5 around alone race which starts in France. He'll return next year with the other entries to Charleston, which is the only US destination stop.
