St. Petersburg NOOD 2012: Ticket Information
Remember to bring your tickets to the party!
REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR TICKETS TO THE PARTY!
All participants wishing to partake in the NOOD Regatta sponsored parties must purchase a party ticket. Tickets will be good for Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s party.
1) You will receive the one party ticket included in your entry fee at registration. If you included payment for additional tickets, you will receive them when you register as well.
2) Each ticket will be hole-punched on the appropriate day and a wristband will be put on you. You will not receive the sponsored drinks or food with out a wristband.
3) That day’s wristband is only good for that day’s party. The next day the ticket will be hole-punched again and a new wristband will be issued.
YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE EVERYDAY.
For skippers with alternating crew, this new process will allow skippers to easily transfer tickets between crew and guests. The ticket eliminates the need for wearing the wristbands while racing.
PLEASE WARN YOUR CREW THAT LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
