PARTY TICKET PACKAGES AND NEW FOOD OPTIONS
Hungry after sailing? Of course you are, so please note that the party ticket and dinner service will be different this year, as we are working closely with the clubs to streamline service. During the Seattle NOOD, Seattle Yacht Club’s catering team will be handling all your dining needs directly, which means the old NOOD three hole meal tickets are no longer required or available, and you can purchase meals directly from the club.
However, as you know we’re good at pouring Mount Gay and cold beer, so we’ll still be manning the NOOD Party Bars. Party Ticket Packages are available for purchase online and at registration. Each Party Ticket Package has five NOOD Drink Tickets, each ticket is good for one Mount Gay beverage or cold beer at all NOOD social events. Ticket Package cost is $15. In short, $15 for five tickets equals five drinks—that’s a heck of a deal. Tickets will be honored at NOOD parties all weekend.
On Friday night, the NOOD team will host a Happy Hour from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m., with Mount Gay flowing. SYC will have the grill sparked up and you can grab a hot meal to enjoy with your cold drinks. After all, you no doubt deserve to treat yourself well.
On Saturday, there will be a blow out party under the tent, from 5:50-8:30. Drinks, dinner, even dancing perhaps if things really get going! SYC will be stationed at the grill selling dinner again and the bars will be keyed up and spilling over with plenty of thirst-quenching Mount Gay available and cold beer.
Sunday will be the Award Ceremony, with the Overall Winner being announced. Be there to toast the winner, drown your sorrows or just eat drink and be merry. Any way you slice it, SYC is cooking up a storm again and the bars will be honoring your drink tickets.
So don’t forget, all food will be purchased directly through Seattle Yacht Club – you are in good hands! NOOD Party Ticket Packages, good for drinks only, may be purchased in advance through the Yacht Scoring website, at registration, or during the NOOD parties, and will be accepted at all official NOOD Regatta bars.
