In our April issue, I reviewed Lifeproof’s ingenious iPhone case. At the time, however, I’d yet to fully take advantage of the case’s attributes. This summer I did so multiple times, taking the iPhone sailing and running North U’s tactician app (see next product) to help track windshifts and checking WindAlert for the latest wind readings from surrounding buoys (between races, of course). The only worry was that I would drop my phone overboard while pulling it out of my pocket.
