Anders Odelberg, who competed on Swedish Entry in 1981-'82 edition, shared the winning photo: his crew, Willy von Koskull coated in ice in the Southern Ocean.

June 12, 2012Volvo Ocean Race: In-Port Race (Lisbon)Current overall leader Groupama took first place, while PUMA battled back for a well-deserved second place finish. CAMPER (with Emirates Team New Zealand) snagged the last podium spot, while overall second-place boat Telefonica came in last. Telefonica's poor finish resulted partially from a penalty on PUMA immediately after the start and partially from a snapped masthead halyard.

July 25, 2012l’Hydroptère DCNS: The Fastest Boat on the PlanetOn Sunday afternoon, l’Hydroptère DCNS carried out her first sea trials in the United States. The flying trimaran initially put in some tacks offshore of Long Beach before heading towards Catalina Island. It proved to be a gentle first outing in perfect weather conditions.
